Application Checklist

_____ 1.  Schedule a consultation or tour and learn what ILS has to offer.

​

_____ 2.  Complete an Application online for each child.  The $50 application fee is collected at this end of each online application.

  • Please have a digital copy of your child's Birth Certificate ready to submit within the online application.

  • If your child has ever been screened for any behavioral or developmental concerns, please provide the results from the screening. This includes an evaluation report that concluded without an IEP.

_____ 3. Select a date for a shadow day with our Secretary

  • Junior Preschool and Preschool - 30 minutes in the class 

  • PreKindergarten - 11:30pm

  • Kindergarten - 8th grade - 8:20am - 1:30pm

Upon completion of the application process, the principal will determine acceptance based on all the records and results collected and notify the family of the decision.​ 

         Acceptance* (probationary for the first quarter)

         Not Accepted

        *If the current class is full, the child will be placed on a waitlist.

Finalizing Enrollment

(Beginning with our 2025-2026 applications)

 

Once acceptance has been determined for your child, you will need to finalize his/her enrollment. Although your child is being saved a spot within the class, it is not permanently reserved until the following steps are complete:

 

_____ 1. Completing the online Enrollment Packet This includes all required forms paperwork including the enrollment contract, creating a FACTS tuition account and selecting a payment plan.

_____ 2. Pay the deposit (Junior Preschool, Preschool, and PreK only) for your child's class & sign the Deposit Agreement. It is non-refundable, but it will go towards the tuition owed. Please pay by cash or check to our school office. Here is the deposit amount according to the number of days your child is attending weekly:

     5 days: $500          3 days: $300          2 days: $200​

_____ 4. If needed, complete a Financial Aid Application online.  

  • Financial aid is only considered for K-8th grade students.

  • Our Financial Aid deadline is April 10, 2025 for the 2025 - 2026 Academic year.
